Police: Rogers Man, 52, Had Sex with Two 12-year-old Girls

A Rogers man is behind bars on rape charges after police say he had sex with two 12-year-olds.
Arcadio Flores, 52, of Rogers was first arrested Monday, January 7th, on one rape charge. In that case, a 14-year-old girl told police Flores had unlawful sexual contact with her when she was 12 years old.
Police say during the course of the investigation, another 14-year-old girl came forward to report Flores also had unlawful sexual contact with her when she was 12. On Saturday, Flores was given another charge of rape.
Arkansas State law states that a person commits rape if he or she engages in sexual intercourse or deviate sexual activity with another person who is less than 14 years of age.
Flores is being held without bond at the Benton County Jail.
