Elementary school students in Little Rock saw their act of kindness come full circle today.

Students from McDermott Elementary and their families raised money to send engraved angels to the families of Sandy Hook shooting victims.

Cameras rolled as Principal Scott Morgan delivered the gifts to Connecticut, and on Wednesday he shared photos of his trip.

"I told the children, 'the physical journey is over but the emotional journey is still here. McDermott and  sandy hook will be connected forever," Morgan says.

Morgan kept angels engraved with "Sandy Hook" to keep at McDermott to remind students they can be angels on earth by doing random acts of kindness.
