A Central Arkansas Transit bus driver accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian in 2011 has been found not guilty.

Allen Mems was charged with negligent homicide for the death of David Wright near Capitol and Louisiana Streets in Little Rock.

But Tuesday, a Little Rock district court judge said Mems was innocent.

A prosecutor tells KARK they respectfully disagree with the judge's decision.
