The incident happened Monday night, calling deputies to the scene around nine o'clock.
When they arrived at New Life Baptist Church on Samples Road, a woman described as "hysterical" and who "could barely compose herself" was waiting for them. She told deputies her wrists had been restrained with a zip tie which she managed to get out of and run from a home on nearby Avilla Vincintage Road. She also told them she had been physically attacked there and that two other women were still inside the home and she feared for their lives.
When deputies went there, they found the front door partially open and went inside. They met Tameria Moore, 33, coming from the back of the home, noting in their report that she was "irrationally nervous," when asked about any other people being inside the home.
Deputies moved on to a back room and found the women. One of them was bound with duct tape and had cuts and bruises on her face, the other said she had been bound but got out of duct tape that had been around her wrists. Deputies say she had redness and swelling on her face.
The victims, aged 23, 27 and 37, were treated by paramedics at the scene, according to the incident report. Their conditions are not known.
Moore was arrested at the scene, while the two men, David Lee, 29, and Eli Wilson, 23, were picked up later. All three are charged with false imprisonment, battery and terroristic threatening.
