A meeting will be held Tuesday night to get public input on how to efficiently protect the city's water quality from storm water runoff.
Officials will be on the second floor of city hall from 6-8 p.m. to hear the public discuss the possibility of a new storm water ordinance.
Public Works Director Paul Hackleman says the ultimate goal is to make sure all regulations are met.
"We're a phase two city, so what you see happening in Little Rock, we'll be eventually be going in baby steps towards those same directions," Hackleman said.
Tuesday night's discussion will be one of at least two workshops the public can attend.
