Offenders In Russellville Get Clean Slate

Russellville Officer Drew Latch told KARK there has already been a large response for the amnesty and one person Monday turned himself in.

Latch said often offenders think there is some catch to the amnesty, but he assures there is no catch.

He went on to explain if you turn yourself in you'll pay no fines and get a court date to begin the process of correcting the issue.
