Car Hits, Kills El Dorado Man in South Pulaski County

An El Dorado man has died after being hit by a car as he walked along a freeway in South Pulaski County.
It happened Tuesday night just after 10:30 on Interstate 530, just north of Pratt Road/145th Street.
The Arkansas State Police accident report states that a 1998 Oldsmobile driven by Angela Brown, 49, of Little Rock, was headed south when Lucas O. Hall, 27, walked into the path of her car.
Hall died at the scene.
