A Little Rock man claims he was the victim of a random shooting outside an apartment complex on Stagecoach Road Sunday afternoon.

The 22-year-old was shot while getting into his car around 2:30 p.m.

The victim said he initially thought a firecracker went off nearby. Moments later, he looked down at his leg to see blood flowing.

The victim drove himself to UAMS where the wound was described as minor.
