Hot Springs Police arrested a man on several charges Thursday, including sexual assault of a child.

According to an arrest report, 27-year-old Nathan Neeley knowingly used Facebook to "seduce, solicit, lure and/or entice" a 14-year-old girl into meeting him for sexual activities.

The meetings occurred on several occasions at Neeley's former residence in Hot Springs from the summer of 2012 until November, according to the report.

Neeley voluntarily went to the police department and during a recorded interview, admitted to engaging in sexual activity with the 14-year-old girl, and that he knew it was "wrong," the report states.

Investigators located a chat session that took place between Neeley and the young girl on Facebook, in which Neeley discussed his love for the girl and asked her to delete his messages.

Neeley is charged with Internet stalking of a child, second-degree sexual assault and sexual indecency with a child.
