60 Bikes Needed for Little Rock Bikes for Kids Christmas Program

By: KARK 4 News
Updated: December 20, 2012
The Christmas countdown clock is ticking loudly for a bikes for kids program in Little Rock that needs 60 more people to play Santa so it can meet its goal of 200.

Rev. Benny Johnson has been doing this for several years and is always surprised with how many Arkansans are so giving even in their own time of need.

Rev. Johnson, a former gang member, pushes to keep kids off the street and stop the violence. This is his way to bring Christmas to children in Little Rock who don't expect anything under the tree.

If you can help Rev. Johnson meet the goal by donating a bike, give him a call at (501) 541-1951 or (501) 223-7169.

You can also just go by 5919 South University Avenue in Little Rock, the location of Anderson Taekwondo.
