2 Women Arrested After 4 Pounds of Cocaine Found on Greyhound Bus

Narcotics investigators from the Pulaski County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) and North Little Rock arrested two women after finding four pounds of cocaine.

According to PCSO, narcotics investigators acted on a tip from the Texas Department of Public Safety and found the four pounds of cocaine on a Greyhound bus headed to Nashville, Tenn. from Corpus Christi, Texas.

Officers arrested 48-year-old Janie Pridemore (pictured, left) of Joelton, Tenn. and 27-year-old Samantha Richards (pictured, right) of Nashville, Tenn.

Pridemore was charged with one count of trafficking cocaine and felony possession of drug paraphernalia. She is being held on $52,500 bond.

Richards was charged with one count of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. She was cited and released, officials say.
