The Rogers Police Department (RPD) is investigating after dozens of mailboxes are vandalized.

The case of criminal mischief was discovered early Sunday morning in a 2.5 mile stretch from 26th street, down Perry Road and on Dixieland Road.

Police say 28 mailboxes were pulled up and placed on the ground, and three of them had structural damage.

The first five mailboxes were found around four o'clock and the rest discovered after sunrise.

The investigation continues as police interview neighbors and gather surveillance tapes from nearby gas stations.
