Lincoln County Man Loses Manslaughter Conviction Appeal

A Star City (Lincoln County) man has lost a manslaughter conviction appeal.

The Arkansas Court of Appeals has upheld the February conviction of Jeffery Wayne Ratterree, 46, who was sentenced to nine years in prison for the October 2010 shooting death of Michael King, 53.
