The Little Rock Police Department is looking for two men who robbed a gas station at gunpoint on the city's southwest side, taking a clerk's wallet as well.

It happened Tuesday night at the Valero gas station and Crackerbox store in the 10000 block of Mabelvale Pike.

According to the police report, two black men described only as being 5'10" tall, walked into the business armed with handguns. Police say they ordered two clerks behind the counter to open the cash registers, telling them to get on the floor and that they wouldn't be harmed.

One of the clerks told police she opened the drawers and the men grabbed the cash and also took her wallet before running outside.

A customer in the store during the robbery told police he tried to run after the men but he lost sight of them when they went into nearby woods.

The clerks and customer told police the suspects were dressed in all black clothing and had their faces covered.
