New Head Hog Hoping to Play Former Team

Arkansas coach Bret Bielema spoke on the Dan Patrick Show Friday morning about his future in the Natural State.

The majority of the conversation pumped up the new position and the benefits of being able to pay his assistant coaches more money. Bielema also described his buyout figure as "absurd."

On the subject of playing his former team, the new head hog was very clear. Patrick asked Bielema if he'd like to play Wisconsin.

"Absolutely," Bielema said. "Out of respect. ... It would be really fun for both fan bases."

Bielema also said he's looking towards 2014 and the opportunity to compete in a four-team playoff.

"I love challenges," Bielema told Patrick. "I think men are defined more by their struggles than they are their success."
