Hot Springs PD Searching for Man Who Shot into Home with Children Inside

Police in Hot Springs are asking for help finding a man wanted for a November shooting.
According to police, 21-year-old Christopher Bernard Kelley is wanted for an incident on Nov. 14, where he reportedly shot two people before shooting at a residence where children were inside.
Kelley stands 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs approximately 160 pounds.
