Little Rock Police Look for Man Missing from State Custody

Little Rock Police are looking for a missing man who was in state custody when last seen.

Frederick L. Bragg, Jr., 20, was last seen in the area of Capitol and Broadway in downtown around 11:30 this morning.

He was wearing a red and grey jacket, blue jeans and tennis shoes.

Police say Bragg had been released from the Pulaski County Jail into the custody of a Department of Human Services (DHS) caregiver.

Bragg is in need of medication he takes for a mental disorder. Police say without it, Bragg is known to become violent.

If you see him, call Little Rock Police.
