A Fayetteville man has been arrested, accused of secretly taping nude video of a young girl with whom he lived.

Thomas Jason Pipes, 42, was arrested Monday after his wife found the video of the underage girl on a computer she shared with him.

According to police, the video shows a man believed to be Pipes setting up a camera near the bathtub of the home's master bathroom.

Later, the video shows the girl go into the room, undress and get into the shower, at which point the man goes back into the bathroom and takes the camera.

Pipes' wife told police her husband was the man in the video.

During an interview with police, Pipes initially denied any involvement, but later admitted setting up the camera and making the recordings, claiming they were not sexual in nature.

Pipes faces a charge of possessing material depicting sexual explicit conduct involving a child.

As evidence, police collected additional photographs and the video in question.
