Get your candy ready. In 24 hours ghouls and goblins will take over your neighborhoods in search of that perfect treat.
Others will brave the thrill of haunted houses.
But Halloween it's also a chance for local churches to spread a message.
Holland Chapel in Benton sends a strong message through The Hereafter House during this spooky season.
The journey to The Hereafter House begins tragically. A plane crash is the heart of the story. It's a journey of life after death.
"Welcome to hell, glad you all could make it. Please enjoy your visit. Maybe next time you come you can make it a more permanent stay," announces the devil through the walk through hell.
As folks make their way through hell organizers promise there's a light at the end of the story.
"What we want to do in Saline County and the rest of the state is just making them aware of life after death. That this is a heaven and there is a hell and bring to a point of decision whether they accept or reject Jesus Christ will determine the destiny," explains director Nick Callaway.
The Hereafter House ends with a question, do you know where you'll go when you die?
"Then they come into heaven and see us come through the gates and it's kind of the completion of the story," adds Callaway.
It's free in Benton at Holland Chapel Baptist Church.
It run from 6 to roughly 11 Tuesday and Wednesday night.
