Former Malvern City Employee Charged with Felony Theft Asks for Change of Venue

A former Malvern city employee facing felony charges for stealing more than $200,000 from the city is asking for a different place to go to court.

Former Malvern Water Works employee Kennetha Henson will go back to court in mid-December, but her attorneys want to move the venue away from Hot Spring County.

Henson has pleaded not guilty to felony charges after being arrested in July.
