Arkansas Housing Numbers See Jump in October

October was a good month for home sales in the Natural State.
The Arkansas Realtors Association reports a 6 percent increase in sales last month, compared to October 2011.
The average price sold was around $157,000; a 7 percent spike.
For the year, Arkansas home sales are still down about 3 percent.
