Hearing for Suspended Mayflower Police Chief Postponed

Mayflower's police chief will have to wait until 2013 to learn if he will keep his job.

A decertification hearing for suspended Chief Billy Baker has been pushed back to January.

A state standards investigation found officers accused Baker of falsifying documents to get the entire department certified to use radar guns for speeding.

The outcome of the hearing will also affect whether people will be able to fight their speeding tickets.
