Clayton Otwell died October 30th after a stranger gave him a drop of synthetic LSD in his nose at the VooDoo Music Festival.

His family will hold a memorial this Sunday at Allsopp Park in Little Rock and are encouraging those who attend to wear purple which was his favorite color.

A number of other hospitalizations were reported the weekend of the Voodoo Festival because of the synthetic drug, sometimes called 25-i.
