Ten days before President Barack Obama was re-elected, a faction of the Ku Klux Klan in Northern Arkansas started passing out recruitment flyers in Boone County, according to an story in the Carroll County News.

The day after the election, a known member of that faction, with a long history of involvement with hate groups, sent KARK an email saying white supremacist groups will "exponentially explode over the next four years."

Billy Roper is the man who sent that email. The Carroll County News article which ran on Nov. 2, says that faction plans to target Carroll County next.

Roper, who ran for governor several years ago, is listed in the Southern Poverty Law Center's database of hate groups and their members. He did not agree to an interview and said he would not speak for the Klan group of which he is a member.

KARK met up with a reformed white supremacist in Hot Springs who knows Roper.

"All they do is look for your fear and hatred and they play on that and try to turn you against the people they don't like," said Raymond Barrett.

Barrett, who turned away from those groups, is now a progressive activist who champions minority rights.

"A lot of people fear change and that's what they are playing on. They want people to be afraid."

The Southern Poverty Law Center reports there are 26 known hate groups operating in Arkansas.

This year, the Center received five reports of racially-motivated hate incidents in the state.

Everybody says there is this RACE problem. Everybody says this RACE problem will be solved when the third world pours into EVERY white country and ONLY into white countries. The Netherlands and Belgium are just as crowded as Japan or Taiwan, but nobody says Japan or Taiwan will solve this RACE problem by bringing in millions of third worlders and quote assimilating unquote with them. Everybody says the final solution to this RACE problem is for EVERY white country and ONLY white countries to %u201Cassimilate,%u201D i.e., intermarry, with all those non-whites. What if I said there was this RACE problem and this RACE problem would be solved only if hundreds of millions of non-blacks were brought into EVERY black country and ONLY into black countries? How long would it take anyone to realize I%u2019m not talking about a RACE problem. I am talking about the final solution to the BLACK problem? And how long would it take any sane black man to notice this and what kind of psycho black man wouldn%u2019t object to this? But if I tell that obvious truth about the ongoing program of genocide against my race, the white race, Liberals and respectable conservatives agree that I am a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews. They say they are anti-[censored]. What they are is anti-white. Anti-[censored] is a code word for anti-white.

Nothing says "Diversity is our Strength" as black mobs attack innocent white people.

You know, you really should learn to get your facts straight when you attempt to report "news". Billy Roper is not a member of that faction that distributed the fliers you are speaking of. The group that passed them out is from W. Virginia, not from Arkansas. You try to stir up people while misreporting facts. If this is the level of research you do when reporting on a story, I certainly hope you aren't being paid to do so.

Although I disagree with hate groups, if the New Black Panthers are able to hold gatherings at Voting Precincts to intimidate white voters, the [censored] should be entitled to the same protection clause by the US Attorney General and President Obama. Seriously, if the [censored] had shown up at the voting precincts, you would have gotten a totally different reaction from Eric Holder!
