Arkansas Voter Turnout Topping 65 Percent, Total Count Not Yet Final

Numbers are still coming in from the Secretary of State's Office, but with 91-percent of county returns in, here are the numbers: 1,064,200 ballots have been counted out of 1,618,320 registered voters.
Checking the county returns, turnout appears to have been highest in 22 counties (see list below) where rates were 70 to 80-percent.
Clay, Craighead, Crittenden, Jackson, Phillips, Scott, St. Francis, and White counties
60 to 70 percent:
Arkansas, Benton, Calhoun, Chicot, Cleburne, Crawford, Cross, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Faulkner, Fulton, Garland, Greene, Hempstead, Hot Spring, Howard, Independence, Jefferson, Johnson, Lafayette, Lawrence, Lee, Lincoln, Logan, Lonoke, Marion, Mississippi, Montgomery, Nevada, Ouachita, Perry, Pike, Poinsett, Pope, Pulaski, Randolph, Searcy, Sebastian, Sevier, Sharp, Washington, Woodruff, and Yell counties
70 to 80 percent:
Ashley, Baxter, Boone, Bradley, Carroll, Clark, Cleveland, Columbia, Conway, Franklin, Grant, Izard, Little River, Madison, Miller, Monroe, Polk, Prairie, Saline, Stone, Union and Van Buren counties
