Two families with relatives shot and killed by Little Rock Police are now filing federal complaints against the department, joining the family of Eugene Ellison.

They're joining the family of Eugene Ellison, who was shot and killed by two female officers in his apartment in 2010.

Since then, attorneys say they have found a pattern of poor investigation tactics.

"We really want the system to change here, the Ellison brothers certainly do," says attorney Mike Laux. "There is a chronic problem here and it needs to be corrected, that's the bottom line."

Little Rock Police declined to comment on the case.
