Paper Ballots to be Used for Lonoke Constable Race

The constable's race for Lonoke Township was left off the electronic ballot, and now the election commission is scrambling to cover voting with paper ballots.
Election Commission Chair Tim Blair says the problem has been corrected for the general election, and paper ballots will be counted.
That process will be open to the public.
