Kennel Owner Found Guilty of 6 Cruelty to Animals Charges

Jurors found a 60-year-old kennel owner guilty of six misdemeanor charges of cruelty to animals, according to the the Garland County prosecutor's office.
Pamela L. Thomas' trial ended on Friday when jurors found her guilty on six charges and not guilty on six other misdemeanor charges.
According to court records, sheriff's deputies confiscated more than 150 dogs from her place along Barber Shop Trail.
Prosecutors say Thomas is facing fines of $150 for each of the charges for which she was found guilty.
She is set for sentencing hearing November.
