Update: Star City High School Football Player at Children's Hospital

A Star City High School linebacker is at Children's Hospital in Little Rock tonight, after he collapsed Thursday night at a football game.

Zack Towers received a head injury in the third quarter of the game against Crosset.

He collapsed a short time later and was taken to a nearby hospital in Pine Bluff.

He has since been transferred to Children's Hospital, where he is in critical condition tonight.
