Update: Police Identify Man's Body Found in Hot Springs

Hot Springs Police have identified a man's body found on a city street over the weekend.

Officers say Joshua T. Williams, 20, of Hot Springs, had suffered a gunshot wound to the upper torso.

He was found in an area near Torrence and Huckleberry streets Sunday afternoon, not far from the Hot Springs Convention Center.

Detectives don't yet have a suspect or motive in the case but say they are following up leads and conducting interviews.

The body of an unknown mas was found Sunday afternoon, in Hot Springs.

Around 2:50pm officers responded to a call about a deceased body lying in a wooded area. The body was located at the intersection of Huckleberry and Torrance street.

Detectives say the man is African American and between the ages of 25 and 30.

The body was sent to the state Crime Lab for identification and cause of death.
