Poll: Arkansas Voters Undecided, Unsure about Issue 2

A new TalkBusiness.net poll shows Arkansas voters are undecided and unsure about Issue No. 2.

The legislatively-referred proposed constitutional amendment on the November ballot has neither support nor opposition.

State lawmakers referred the measure for voter consideration in last year's General Assembly.

Issue No. 2. essentially gives city and county governments three new financing powers.
