Rose Bud Man Facing Multiple Felony Drug Charges

A Rose Bud man was arrested on multiple drug charges Wednesday.

According to the White County Sheriff's Office, 57-year-old Mike James Boutault was arrested after a search warrant turned up drugs and stolen property.

Methamphetamines, marijuana, multiple prescription pills and drug paraphernalia were discovered at the residence in the 500 block of Deer Road in Rose Bud, along with approximately $15,000 in property that had been reported stolen from multiple counties.

Boutault is charged with multiple felonies, including theft by receiving, possession of methamphetamines with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug premise, with more charges expected to be filed.

He is being held at the White County Detention Center on $40,000 bond.
