It was another long wait for Arkansas fans to see singer Cody Belew perform again Monday night on the NBC hit show "The Voice."

Belew, formerly of Beebe was back in the spotlight and he didn't disappoint.

"You could have your choice of men, but I can never love again," he belted out in his cover of Dolly Parton's former hit "Jolene."

Belew had to battle it out against fellow contestant Avery Wilson in the knockout round.

In the end, the judges likes Belew's performance better.

He now moves on to the live singing rounds, which start next week.

"The Voice" airs Monday nights at seven o'clock on KARK 4.
