Update: AR State Police to Investigate Driver Jumping from Big Rig, Causing Fatal Accident

Update (October 31):
The Arkansas State Police is looking into reports that the driver of a loaded asphalt truck jumped from his vehicle before it collided with five others in Wilmar on Monday.

A Warren woman died in the pileup.

10th Judicial Prosecuting Attorney Thomas Deen has requested that a criminal investigation be conducted into the alleged actions of Bryant R. Childs, 30, of Warren, reports KARK 4 Content Partner MonticelloLive.

A Bradley County woman was killed and two men were injured Monday in a six vehicle accident on U.S. 278 in Wilmar at a railroad crossing.

It happened just after noon on the east side of the railroad crossing when a gravel truck rounded a curve and hit a line of vehicles, pushing the woman's minivan in between two 18-wheelers.
