Deputy Resigns Over Sexually Explicit Photos

A detective with the Sharp County deputy resigns, after sexually explicit photos of himself were allegedly found on a county-owned cell phone.
According to the Batesville Guard, detective Sergeant Ken Guidry resigned Tuesday.
The photos were reportedly found by his wife, who made the sheriff's office aware of them.
Guidry was then told he could either resign, or be fired.
He then turned in his resignation letter, and has now left Arkansas.
