Section of Chicot Road in Southwest L.R. Closed for Repairs

  Chicot Road will be closed to through traffic between Hillsboro and Bunch Road until tomorrow at 7:00 p.m.

   The road closure is required to replace drainage structures at this location. 

  Local traffic only will be permitted on Chicot Road between Mabelvale Cutoff and Hillsboro. 
 
 To access Chicot Road south of Hillsboro, traffic will be detoured east along Mabelvale Cut-off to Geyer Springs, then south on Geyer Springs to Green Road, then west on Green Road to Chicot Road.

  Local traffic only will be permitted on the segment of Chicot Road from Green Road to Bunch Road.  
 
 While the detour is scheduled to end Sunday, construction will continue for the next several weeks.
