Conway Double Murder Suspect Allowed to go on House Arrest

A man suspected of committing double murder will be allowed to go under house arrest.

A Faulkner County Judge on Friday ruled that Richard Conte, the murder suspect in the death of Carter Elliott and Timothy Robinson, can go home under house arrest to his mother's house in Wisconsin. 

Conte will be required to wear an ankle monitor.

His trial is set for Jan. 8.
