Boo on the Hill October 31st in North Little Rock

A North Little Rock neighborhood celebrates its annual "Boo on the Hill" next week.
It's happening on Halloween (October 31st) from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Park Hill along J.F.K. Boulevard from "A" Street to "H" Street.
Drivers traveling through the area are urged to be mindful of children walking down the street in Halloween costumes.
Traffic congestion is also expected and an alternate route is suggested for drivers who normally travel down J.F.K. Boulevard during the late afternoon and early evening hours.
