It's time to start preparing for duck season by getting your retriever in shape.

This morning I had the privilege of working with Carla Huddle who is a professional dog trainer and Bill Rath who is an amateur trainer.

They say to make sure you don't expect your dog to go from the couch to the woods and then remember and do exactly what he did last year. It takes a lot of effort and time to get you and your dog ready for the start of the season in November.
