Updated: October 23, 2012
Main Street Searcy and the Downtown Searcy Association are working with the Searcy Parks and Recreation Department to plan Trick-or-Treat on the Square.

This year's annual Halloween event will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 31 in historic downtown Searcy.

Activities include Parks and Recreations' carnival games from 5:00 p.m. to 7 p.m., Crain Media's costume contest at 6:00 p.m. (followed by the announcement of their jack o' lantern contest winner), and trick-or-treating tables set up by local businesses and organizations.

Tables are still available for businesses, churches, organizations and political candidates wanting to pass out candy and goodies.

For more information about participating in Trick-or-Treat on the Square, please call Marianne Jones at 268-3434.
