The plane took off Saturday morning at 7 a.m. for Washington D.C., where the veterans toured several memorials, including the WWII Memorial, Vietnam Memorial and Iwo Jima Memorial, among several others.
The event was free to the veterans.
They landed back in Little Rock Saturday night around 7 p.m. for a ceremony honoring their services.
The Honor Flight Network is a national non-profit organization that started seven years ago in Ohio, with six small planes taking a dozen World War II veterans to see their memorial.
Tyson and Walmart have been the primary sponsors of five Honor Flights from the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport since 2009.
