New Members Inducted into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame

Governor Beebe attended the ceremony, honoring those being recognized.

The ceremony was be preceded by a reception from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Governor's Mansion.

New members being inducted into the Arkansas Black Hall of Fame include:

Jerry T. Hodges - Member of the Famed Tuskegee Airmen

Charles E. Phillips, Jr. - CEO of Infor Global Solutions

Pearlie S. Reed - Assistant Secretary of Agriculture (retired)

Lt. Col. Yolonda R. Summons - Deputy Chief of Staff, Pentagon

Sister Rosetta Tharpe - Gospel and Rock Music Pioneer (Posthumous)

Lenny Williams - R&B Recording Artist, Singer and Songwriter
