ASP: Teen Driver May Have Failed to Yield in Fatal Accident Near Horatio

One man is dead, another four people are hurt after a wreck in Sevier County.

63-year old Floyd Henry Rich died when his truck was hit by a vehicle that failed to yield at an intersection, according to Arkansas State Police Investigators.

The 16-year-old driver of the vehicle was injured.

The crash happened shortly after 7 last night near the city of Horatio.

Two 13-year olds and one 15-year-old who were passengers in the car were also hurt.

The investigation is continuing.
