Improvements on I-40 in West Memphis to Require Lane Closure

Crews doing concrete pavement patching on Interstate 40 in West Memphis will require a lane closure next week, according to Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department (AHTD) officials.
The improvements will require the westbound, outside lane to be closed in the area of Southland Park beginning Sunday, Oct. 21 at approximately 7:00 p.m. The lane will remain closed through Thursday, Oct. 25 as the concrete cures, weather permitting.
Motorists should exercise caution when approaching and traveling through all highway work zones.
