Arkansas's House District 4 Race Called One to Watch by Washington Newspaper

Arkansas's House District 4 race is one to watch, even outside the Natural State.

That's according to newspaper Washington Post in an article ranking the most important House races in the country.

The Tom Cotton-Gene Jeffress contest comes in at number three in a review remarking that "Another Democratic retirement has basically cost them a seat, with Rep. Mike Ross's (D) exit paving the way for rising GOP star Tom Cotton."

The article also states that the battle for control of the House has taken a back seat to both the presidential and Senate races this election year -- mostly because it seems far less likely that the House could flip control.
