Some big groups are speaking out against the Arkansas marijuana initiative.

The Arkansas Sheriffs and Chiefs of Police Association have both come out against legalizing pot.

Sheriffs Association Executive Director Ronnie Baldwin says they'll make their stance official on Friday.

The Arkansas Pharmacists Association also plans to oppose the measure, saying the act fails to use the skill and education of pharmacists, and violates federal law.
