A 3-year-old girl was killed in a one-vehicle accident in Lonoke County at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon.

According to Arkansas State Police, 18-year-old Tavoceya L. Harris was driving north on Highway 15 just south of England when he lost control of the vehicle and ran off the road.

The 2005 Chrysler Pacifica then hit a ditch and flipped.

The passenger, 3-year-old Paisley J. Palmer-Blanchard, was ejected from the vehicle.

She was pronounced dead at the scene and taken to Roller England Funeral Home.

Harris was taken to Baptist Medical Center in North Little Rock with unknown injuries.

Neither the driver nor the passenger were wearing a seat belt.

This 18 year old boy should be charged with manslaughter. He was the one responsible to make sure that child was in a car seat and apparently did not. He better be held accountable for that child's death.
