After telling police an elaborate story on how his car was stolen, North Little Rock Police turn around and arrest a man for filing a false report.

Pierre Jones, Jr. was taken to Pulaski County Jail after North Little Rock Police arrested him for lying about his car being stolen.

Jones reportedly told them a man and a woman approached him on the side of the road and carjacked him, but police say it never happened.

He is being held on $2,500 bond.
