Russellville Names New Chief of Police

The Russellville mayor appointed Jeff Humphrey chief on Saturday.

Humphrey will be introduced to the city council at their meeting Thursday.

Chief Humphrey was formerly the Assistant Chief for the department and also acted as Interim Chief after former Chief Tom McMillen's reitrement in June.

The new Chief has had a long career in law enforcement and has served with the department for almost 15 years.
