Lonoke County Man Killed in SUV vs. Motorcycle Crash

A Lonoke County man has died after an SUV collided with his motorcycle.
It happened Wednesday afternoon just before four o'clock on Highway 31 North at Indian Point Road in Austin.
The Arkansas State Police says George Wilson, 73, of Austin, died at the scene.
Wilson had been headed south on a Yamaha motorcycle when a Ford Expedition headed north hit his bike, according to the accident report.
The SUV was driven by Preston Billings, 31, of Ward, who was not hurt. The report also noted that Billings had failed to yield.
Wilson was wearing a helmet and Billings was wearing a seat belt, the report also noted.
